These terms cover using the Averra Cafe & Diner website, making a booking with us, and our Bottomless Night. By using the website or booking, you agree to them.

Using this website

• The website is for information only. We may change it, including hours, menus and offers, without notice.
• Menu photos are illustrative. Dishes may look different when served.
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change.
• All items are subject to availability.

Bookings

The booking panel opens your own text message or email app with a message to us. Sending it is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply.

If you can no longer make it, or your numbers change, please let us know as soon as you can on 0420 945 742 so we can offer the table to someone else.

Bottomless Night

Bottomless Night is $69 per person on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These conditions apply:

• Sessions start at 6pm or 7:30pm and run for 90 minutes from your booked start time.
• Bookings are essential.
• The whole table must take part, with a minimum of 2 people.
• You must be 18 or over. Staff may ask to see valid ID.
• Responsible service of alcohol applies. Staff may refuse to serve, or stop serving, alcohol to anyone at any time.
• We may change or end the offer at any time.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our website does not label allergens or dietary options such as vegan, gluten free or dairy free.

If you have an allergy or dietary need, tell our staff before you order. We will do our best to help, but our kitchen handles many ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other services, including Google Maps, Tuckerfox, Uber Eats and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Orders placed through Uber Eats are also subject to Uber Eats terms.

Our liability

We take care to keep the website accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from information on it being out of date.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
